Treat yo self is a phrase used to encourage a person to take care of his or her self. The phrase comes from the TV show "Parks and Recreation."

Treat yo’elf with the gift, mostly buying things that you love that you would normally talk yourself out of. Some past examples include buying Ornaments, kinaras, menorahsmassages, mimosas and more.
