Company Man

company man or company person

noun

A worker who acquiesces in company policy without complaint.

Someone who places their career above all other things, often at the cost of fun, friends, and human interaction. Often displays sycophantic behavior to earn favor from their superiors, similar to a "kiss ass" or "brown noser".

This term infers that someone is committed to the organization and has the company's best interests in mind. This is, of course, what any employer desires from their employees.

a man who values the company that he works for more than anything else in his life and is willing to do whatever the company needs.
